个人简介
李博,吉林四平人,中共党员,特聘教授,博/硕士生导师,国家海外高层次青年人才。本科和博士毕业于山东大学,后在香港城市大学开展博士后和副研究员/研究员工作。主要从事光电子材料与器件的研究,涵盖光电半导体晶体材料的理论与生长、光电信息技术与器件集成,以及新型光伏电池的设计与开发。发表SCI论文50余篇,其中以一作或通讯作者在Science, Nat. Rev. Mater., Nat. Photonics, Nat. Commun., JACS, Adv. Mater. 等高水平期刊发表论文20余篇。11篇论文入选ESI热点/高被引论文。已获授权国家发明专利5项、美国发明专利3项。
