谌恺祺，中南大学讲师，全国高校GIS 新秀。主要研究方向为时空大数据挖掘、时空智能预测、时空统计学习，及其在智慧城市建设、地质灾害预警等领域的应用。发表高水平学术论文10余篇，授权国家发明专利近 10 项 ，兼 任 《International Journal ofGeographical Information Science》、《 GeoInformatica》等期刊审稿人。
