中南大学“升华学者”特聘教授,粉末冶金研究院功能材料所所长。国家级科技创新领军人才,英国皇家化学学会会士(FRSC),湖南省“杰出青年”基金获得者、湖南省科技创新领军人才(拔尖)。中国有色金属学会创新发展工作委员会委员会委员,美国电化学学会会员(ECS)。曾获“中国有色金属工业科学技术奖一等奖”、“中国产学研合作创新奖”、“中国有色金属学会高等教育教学成果一等奖”。主要研究方向为特种锂电池及其关键材料研究,主持了国家自然科学基金联合基金重点项目2项、面上项目3项,国家重点研发计划项目1项、课题1项,合计承担科研项目18项;以通讯作者在Advanced Materials、Nature Communications、Materials. Today等专业顶尖期刊上发表高水平SCI论文100余篇,总他引次数1万余次;以第一发明人身份获批国家发明专利20余项,两项技术成果已完成产业化。 承担的代表性项目: 1、国家重点研发计划,超薄复合织构锂负极先进制造技术,2025/07 - 2027/06,200万元,在研,主持。 2、国家自然科学基金联合基金重点项目,宽温域固态锂电池电极界面稳定性及其协同构效机制研究,2025/01 - 2028/12,260万元,在研,主持。 3、国家重点研发计划课题,锂负极废料熔融再生制备超薄锂带技术,2023/12 - 2027/11,375万元,在研,主持。 4、国家自然科学基金联合基金重点项目,U1904216,亲锂三维多孔骨架的可控制备及三维锂负极的应用基础研究,2020/01 - 2023/12,210万元,结题,主持。 5、江西赣锋锂电科技股份有限公司横向课题,锂离子电池高性能负极应用开发,2024/03 - 2026/06,180万元,在研,主持。 发表的代表性论文:
