Chen Xiang, graduated from Hunan medical university in 1987；received a master's degree in 1993, and doctorate degree in 1998. Research experience: postdoctoral fellow, visiting scholar at the university of Southern California and Taiwan Yangming university. He is the deputy director of the department of urology, Xiangya hospital of central south university, professor, chief surgeon, doctoral supervisor, specialized in minimally invasive urology.
Mainly specialized in laparoscopic urological surgery technology；Main awards: Science and Technology Progress Prize of Hunan Province, Second Prize in 2014；New Technology Achievement Awards of Xiangya Hospital and Xiangya Hospital for 8 times; Hunan province medical science and technology award.
Undertook or completed more than 10 scientific research projects, including 1 item of National science and technology plan, 6 items of natural science foundation of Hunan province and scientific&technological project of Hunan province, 3 items of changsha city technology bureau subjects, 1 item of horizontal subject.
Published more than 50 articles in the name of the first author or corresponding author, including 21 papers of SCI, 3 papers of Medline and 23 CSCD papers etc.
