冯彦斌，男，汉族，甘肃白银人，中共党员，工学博士，讲师。

主要从事空天飞行器设计、空天动力技术研究，中南大学空天飞行器智能设计团队成员。

主持和参与国防装备预研、国防科技基础加强计划、国家某重大工程、中国运载火箭技术研究院、沈阳飞机设计研究所等科研项目10余项。在航空航天和能源动力领域权威期刊发表学术论文10余篇，授权国家发明专利8项，出版学术专著1部（科学出版社/高超声速出版工程）。
