Jia Chaojun, born in 1989, is a native of Tianchang City, Anhui Province. He graduated from Hohai University and co-cultivated doctoral students at the University of Toronto. He is currently a lecturer in the Department of Tunnel and Underground Engineering at the School of Civil Engineering, Central South University.
