Li ChangQing is an associate professor of school of Civil Engineering of Central South University. He has been searching a 'optimal' algorithm for solving nonlinear structural dynamics problems from the stage of Ph. D in Tong Ji University since 2006.For the first time,he found the secrete of designing algorithms based on dimensional analysis and derived several promising unconditionally stable explicit algorithms.
