Teacher homepageDr. Weimin Song joined the School of Civil Engineering at Central South University as faculty in September 2018. He holds a Ph.D. in Civil Engineering from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, and both M.S. and B.S. degrees from Central South University. Currently as an Associate Professor, his research focuses on pavement mechanics, solid waste utilization in construction, and functional pavement materials. Throughout his 15-year professional career, Dr. Song has led over ten research projects, including grants from China's National Natural Science Foundation, and has published more than 70 peer-reviewed journal articles. He presently serves on the editorial board of Scientific Reports.
