宋卫民，中南大学土木工程学院副教授，博士生/硕士生导师，湖南省芙蓉计划科技创新类青年人才，全球前2%顶尖科学家（2025 single-year impact), 教工道路支部宣传委员。

在科研方面，主要研究方向为道路工程材料断裂及损伤、固废资源化与低碳路面技术、AI大数据驱动的路面材料性能预测。主持国家自然科学基金、湖南省自然科学基金、湖南省教育厅优秀青年基金、中国中铁重大项目子课题、全国重点实验室开放基金等项目10余项。以第一作者或通讯作者在Engineering Fracture Mechanics、Theoretical and Applied Fracture Mechanics、Journal of Cleaner Production、中南大学学报(自然科学版)等期刊发表SCI/EI论文100余篇，其中JCR1区论文60余篇，含ESI高被引论文3篇。授权国家发明专利12项。主编专著/教材3部 (ISBN: 9787548764939，9787548761884，9787548760207)，参编教材1部。2019年获湖南省科技进步二等奖一项(7)， 2025年获上海市交通工程学会科学技术一等奖一项(6)。参编地方/行业标准/指南3部。

在教学和学生培养方面，讲授本科生课程《道路工程》（中、英文）、《土木工程前沿》（中、英文）、《道路工程试验与检测》（英文）、《土木工程施工技术》。获2024年中南大学第十二届课堂教学竞赛“三十佳”荣誉称号，中南大学2024-2025学年教学质量优秀奖（本科生课堂教学）获得者。获中南大学优秀班导师称号3次。指导研究生获“国家奖学金”3人次，指导研究生获批中南大学研究生自主探索创新项目1项。

在学术服务和招生方面，目前担任中国硅酸盐学会固废与生态材料分会委员、国家自然科学基金函评专家、教育部学位论文评审专家、中国公路学会高级会员。担任SCI期刊Scientific Reports编委、《中南大学学报（英文版）》、《中南大学学报（自然科学版）》、《铁道科学与工程学报》、《应用力学学报》等多本期刊青年编委，世界交通运输大会（WTC）“新型混凝土路面与技术”技术委员会委员 （2021~2023），并长期为30余本国内外SCI和EI期刊提供审稿服务。
