Personal ProfilePeisheng Wang, Associate Research Fellow.He obtained his Ph.D. in Materials Science in 2012 from the Powder Metallurgy Research Institute, Central South University, under the supervision of Professor Yong Du. Subsequently, he conducted research at the Technical University of Clausthal, Germany (with Professor Rainer Schmid-Fetzer), Northwestern University, USA (with Professor Greg B. Olson), and the National Institute of Standards and Technology, USA (with Dr. Ursula Kattner).Currently, he is primarily engaged in the research and development of novel high-temperature-resistant metal matrix composites using material design methodologies based on the Materials Genome Initiative.He has presided over or participated in more than 10 research projects, as well as other scientific research initiatives.He has published over 40 SCI-indexed papers in international journals and holds more than 10 authorized patents. He is an editorial board member for Scientific Reports.
