个人概要 魏秋平,中南大学材料科学与工程学院教授,博士生导师,粉末冶金国家重点实验室固定成员,气相沉积技术与薄膜材料研究室负责人。 长期从事气相沉积技术与薄膜材料及材料表面改性技术研究,主持和参与国家“十三五”、“十四五”重点研发、国家自然科学基金、广东省“十三五”重点研发、湖南省“十四五”重点研发、湖南省高新技术产业科技创新引领计划、湖南省战略性新兴产业科技攻关与重大成果转化专项等项目40余项,先后入选“中南大学升华育英人才计划”、“南京市321人才计划领军型科技创业人才”、“长沙市优秀发明人”、“长沙市高层次人才”和“湖南省创新达人”。 目前,以第一或通讯作者在Water Reserach, Applied Catalysis B: Environmental, Carbon, Chemical Engineering Journal, Sensors and Actuators B: Chemical,Electrochimica Acta, Applied Surface Science等知名SCI期刊发表学术论文100余篇,近五年累计引用次数达3100余次。申请专利120余项,其中PCT国际(美国)发明专利8项,其中11项发明专利作价1308万元完成成果转化。 在中国国际“互联网+”大学生创新创业大赛中斩获金奖2枚(中南大学首金、第四金)、银奖和铜奖各1枚,省级金奖5枚,先后获得中国和湖南省、“优秀创新创业导师”称号,“产教融合•三力并举的工科创新创业人才培养模式改革实践”荣获“湖南省高等教育教学成果奖”。2012-2020年间先后被评为中南大学“优秀班导师标兵”和“优秀班导师”,指导的学生获研究生国家奖学金、中南大学拔尖博士校长奖学金等20余项。进校10年以来,在中南大学的8次年终考核被评为“优秀”。 先后担任国际先进材料与制造工程学会(SAMPE)中国总会金属基复合材料专业委员会委员、中国真空学会薄膜专业委员会委员、中国机械工程学会表面工程分会委员会常务委员、中国机械工程学会表面工程分会表面技术装备学组和青年学组特聘专家、中国化工学会工业水处理专业委员会专家、深圳市真空技术行业协会专家委员会委员、湖南省机械工程学会摩擦学分会理事、《Functional diamond》和《金刚石与磨料磨具工程》期刊编委、《表面技术》期刊青年编委、2021年首届全国先进金属功能材料制备/加工及应用技术交流会执行主席、2019~2022连续四年中国环境科学学会学术年会难降解有机废水处理分会主席、2020年第六届全国有色金属结构材料制备/加工及应用技术交流会表面涂层分会主席、2019年特种粉末冶金及复合材料制备加工会议金属基复合材料分会主席、2023年全国水环境染防治技术研讨会行业废水处理处置及资源化分会主席、2023年生态环境科技创新技术交流大会双碳目标下高盐难降解废水新材料新能源新技术治理与资源化分会主席等学术兼职。
团队简介 中南大学气相沉积技术与薄膜材料研究室起源于1999年底由余志明教授创立的功能薄膜材料研究室,经过20余年的沉淀和发展,本团队现为“材料科学与工程”一级学科下材料科学与工程学院、粉末冶金研究院两个学院的联合研究团队,目前团队拥有教授3人(余志明、周科朝、魏秋平)、副研究员1人(马莉)、讲师2人(邓泽军、张龙)、实验师1人(王一佳),博士后1人(彭国令),全职科研助理3人,在读博士研究生8人,在读硕士研究生近20人,已培养博/硕士100余人,其中近20人进入全球百强名校攻读博士学位。 功能薄膜与气相沉积技术作为芯片制造、半导体器件、智能传感器、平板显示、光伏、光学和光电子器件等领域的关键核心技术,研究室为英国(如剑桥大学、伦敦大学国王学院、爱丁堡大学、布里斯托大学、华威大学、伦敦玛丽女王大学)、苏黎世联邦理工大学、新加坡国立大学、巴黎综合理工大学、美国(如哥伦比亚大学、普渡大学、田纳西大学)、瑞典(斯德哥尔摩大学、瑞典皇家工学院)、德国萨尔大学、澳大利亚蒙纳士大学、国内(如清华大学、浙江大学、上海交通大学、中山大学、哈尔滨工业大学)等知名高校培养和输送了大量科研和教职人员,为美国苹果、美国应用材料、华为技术、腾讯、中芯国际、中兴通讯、中国电子科技集团、中国电子信息集团、华星光电、京东方、海康威视、维信诺、天马微电子、三安光电等大型高科技企业培养和输送了大量专业人才。 研究室将为所有学生提供优越的科研条件、自由的学术氛围、宽松的人文环境。研究室信条:“自尊自信、自强自立,兼济天下。”研究中心人才培养宗旨:培养具有高尚情操、国际视野、创新精神,掌握宽广基础理论、厚实专业知识,精通先进专业技术的从事固体薄膜涂层材料和表面技术的研发、制备和生产及其生产管理的高级专门人才。

一、生态环保材料开发与应用基础研究 (1)高性能电极材料开发及其电化学氧化降解有机废水应用基础研究 (2)高性能催化剂开发及其降解有机废水应用基础研究 (3)高性能电极材料开发及其电化学还原二氧化碳应用基础研究 (4)掺硼金刚石宏、微观电化学机理研究(结合第一性原理与有限元模拟) 二、智能传感材料及其器件开发与应用基础研究 (1)生物传感材料及可穿戴传感器件开发与应用基础研究(生物分子识别,POC检测,人体体液检测(如汗液、唾液、尿液、血液等) (2)环境传感材料及便携式传感器件开发与应用基础研究(重金属离子、气体分子、COD等检测) 三、宽禁带半导体材料制备与应用基础研究 (1)大面积、高品质MPCVD金刚石(第四代半导体材料)材料制备与加工 (2)半导体级MPCVD单晶金刚石生长工艺优化与应用基础研究 (3)MPCVD设备研制与迭代优化技术 四、高性能复合材料构型设计、界面调控及其应用基础研究 (1)热管理用金属基复合材料构型设计和界面调控 (2)新型功能金属基复合材料设计、开发与应用基础研究 (3)相变储能材料及其在热管和VC器件中的应用基础研究 经过多年的积淀,气相沉积技术与薄膜材料研究室具备了较为完善的研究平台,现拥有真空镀膜系统近16套(其中化学气相沉积系统12套、物理气相沉积4套),周期性磁场耦合电场辅助化学气相沉积系统(2套),微波等离子体化学气相沉积(MPCVD)系统(2套),高温高压气压浸渗系统(2套),真空管式热壁CVD系统(5套),大载荷高速往复式摩擦磨损测试系统(1套),红外热成像测试系统(1套),高温接触角测试系统(1套),常温接触角测试系统(1套),CHI660E电化学工作站(2台),TOC测试系统(1套),COD测试系统(2套),紫外可见分光光度计(1套),等离子刻蚀系统、高分辨光学显微镜、盐雾腐蚀试验机、四探针电导率测试仪、行星式球磨机、压片机、高温烧结炉、制样机、磨抛机、超纯水机、磁力搅拌、抽滤机、干燥箱、超声波仪、超高精密天平等其他配套设备若干。
