Personal Information
Zhengliang Xiangis currently a lecturer at the School of Civil Engineering, Central South University. He received his bachelor's and master's degrees from Central South University, and completed his PhD at Harbin Institute of Technology. His research interests focus on the intersection of artificial intelligence and civil engineering disaster prevention and mitigation, including structural reliability calculation methods, bridge wind resistance, and bridge structure health monitoring, etc. He has hosted one project funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China, one project funded by the Hunan Provincial Natural Science Foundation, and one project funded by the China Postdoctoral Science Foundation. As a key member, he has participated in several projects, including the major national scientific research instrument development project, the national key research and development plan projects, and the China Railway Major Special Project. He has published over 20 academic papers in international authoritative journals such as Mechanical Systems and Signal Processing, Reliability Engineering and System Safety, Engineering with Computers, and Structural Health Monitoring, and authorized 3 national invention patents and 4 software copyrights. He is a member of the Chinese Society of Mechanics, an expert in the national graduate education evaluation and monitoring expert database, and an editorial board member or reviewer for international journals such as Scientific Reports. He has won the first prize of the Science and Technology Award of the Chinese Railway Society, the Excellence Award of the First Hunan Postdoctoral Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition, the Excellent Master's Thesis Award of Hunan Province, the Excellent Master's Thesis Award of Central South University, the Excellent Graduate of Central South University, the Excellent Graduate of Central South University, and the Ovim Scholarship from Harbin Institute of Technology.
