Patent description:一种铌基复合材料及制备方法,属于难熔金属复合材料制备领域。该复合材料由Nb/Nb5Si3层状结构叠置后压力烧结得到;所述Nb/Nb5Si3层状结构由Nb箔表面涂覆涂层构成。其制备工艺是将Nb粉和Si粉球磨制备成料浆,将料浆均匀涂覆在Nb箔表面,将喷涂/浸涂后的Nb箔叠压后经1500℃~1750℃真空热压烧结3后制得。本发明合理调配料浆成分,与Nb箔热匹配性良好,形成交替分布的Nb/Nb5Si3层状微观结构,实现了在平行于层状微观结构的方向获得较高的高温强度,同时在垂直于层状微观结构的方向获得较高的室温性能
