Dr. Yang received B.Sc., M.Sc., and Ph.D. in minerals processing engineering from the School of Minerals Processing and Bioengineering, Central South University, and was a postdoctoral fellow at the School of Environment, Tsinghua University (Beijing, China). Dr. Yang's research interest focuses on clean utilization of land and deep-sea mineral resources, and recycling of renewable resources. He has published over 40 peer-reviewed journal articles.
