杨熠琳，女，1993年8月生，湖南张家界人，工学博士，硕士生导师。

本硕博均毕业于北京交通大学土木工程专业，在读期间前往日本东京大学进行博士联合培养一年，主要研究方向为桥梁水动力、基础冲刷及防护。主持国家自然科学青年基金、中南大学科研启动基金等项目，发表多篇学术论文。
