张樑，中南大学商学院副教授，2015年本科毕业于兰州大学管理学院（管理学基地班），2021年博士毕业于西安交通大学管理学院，研究方向：企业社会责任、战略领导力、企业创新。目前以第一或通讯作者发表论文10余篇以及管理学重要会议论文4篇，其中FT50 1篇，ABS 4星级期刊2篇，国家基金委A类期刊1篇，ABS 3星级期刊6篇，发表的期刊包括：《Human Resource Management》《British Journal of Management》《系统工程理论与实践》《Journal of Business Research》《Management and Organization Review》《IEEE Transactions on Engineering Management》《Industry and Innovation》等。目前主持国家自然科学基金青年项目1项、主持湖南省自然科学基金青年项目1项。目前担任SSCI期刊（JCR分区Q3）《Chinese Management Studies》副主编，美国管理学会(AOM)和中国管理研究国际学会(IACMR)学会会员，湖南省系统工程与管理学理事，担任多个国际期刊（ABS 3和ABS 4）匿名审稿人, 如：Journal of Product Innovation Management, Journal of Business Ethics, Management and Organization Review, Journal of Business Research, R&D Management, IEEE Transactions on Engineering Management.
