Profile

ZHANG Min, PhD, Distinguished Professor in the School of Geosciences and Info-Physics, Central South University. His research interests include remote sensing change detection, GeoAI in remote sensing, and spatial data quality. He has hosted two sub-project of the National Key Research and Development Program of China, one sub-project of the Hong Kong Collaborative Research Fund, and one General Research Fund of Hong Kong (Granted). He has been granted 5 Chinese patents and 1 software copyright. He has received awards such as the Gold Medal of the Geneva International Invention Exhibition and the Special Prize of the China Surveying and Mapping Science and Technology Progress Award. He has published over 20 SCI papers, with 3 of them selected as ESI highly cited papers (TOP 1%). He serves as a reviewer for over 20 SCI journals, including ISPRS, Information fusion, IEEE TGRS/TIP/TIV, etc.
