周乐君，湖南岳阳人，中南大学教授，博士生导师，硕士生导师；中国冶金青年科技奖获得者、湖南省杰青，湖南省青年骨干教师，宝钢教育优秀教师；中南大学博士，美国伊利诺伊大学香槟分校（UIUC）联合培养博士；钢铁所所长，湖南省金属学会副秘书长，国家清洁冶金国际联合研究中心副主任，中南大学冶金与环境学院青年科协执行委员会副主席，美国钢铁协会AIST会员，国际矿物冶金材料协会TMS会员；冶金权威期刊MMTB(Key reader)，Journal of Iron and Steel Research International（Key reader)，International Journal of Minerals, Metallurgy and Materials，《钢铁冶金学报》等期刊青年编委。主要的研究领域为①连铸保护渣与铸坯质量控制，②废钢和渣资源综合利用,③冶金工业大数据分析与应用。主持国家自然科学基金4项、中国博士后特别资助基金、中国博士后科学基金一等、湖南省自然科学基金、湖南省科技计划项目、钢铁冶金新技术国家重点实验室课题、冶金减排与资源综合利用教育部重点实验室基金等国家和省部级项目等。另外参与了国家自科基金重点项目、牛顿高级学者基金、中日韩政府间合作项目。以第一或通讯作者在国内外权威期刊MMTB、JOM、ISIJ Int.、Metal Materials International等上发表SCI论文65篇；授权专利20项。获湖南省技术发明一等奖（排2），湖南省自然科学二等奖（排2）、中国冶金科技奖（排2），2017 Metals and Materials International的最佳论文奖（Best Paper Award），2015年度TMS最佳期刊论文奖（Best paper-Professional Award），MMTE的“Most read-articles”，以及优秀博士论文、优秀班导师等奖项奖励。

Undertaken Projects

He has presided over 4 National Natural Science Foundation projects, as well as national and provincial-level projects such as the China Postdoctoral Science Foundation (Special Funding), the China Postdoctoral Science Foundation (First-class Funding), the Hunan Provincial Natural Science Foundation, the Hunan Provincial Science and Technology Plan Project, the project of the State Key Laboratory of Advanced Steel Processes and Products, and the fund of the Key Laboratory of Metallurgical Emission Reduction and Resource Recycling (Ministry of Education). In addition, he has participated in the Key Project of the National Natural Science Foundation, the Newton Advanced Fellowship, and the trilateral government cooperation project among China, Japan, and South Korea.

Academic Achievements

• As the first author or corresponding author, he has published 65 SCI-indexed papers in domestic and international authoritative journals, including MMTB, JOM, ISIJ International, and Metal Materials International.

• Holder of 20 authorized patents.
