祝昌军，男，理学博士，中南大学粉末冶金研究院副研究员，博士生导师，主要研究方向包含铝基复合材料、电池材料、高强铝合金制备及其组织性能残余应力调控。先后主持或参与国家重点研发计划课题、国家重大科研仪器设备研制专项、国家科技重大专项课题等10余科研项目工作。在Journal of Materials Science & Technology、International Journal of Plasticity等国际权威期刊发表论文30余篇，授权专利10余项，省部级特等奖1项。
