AN Qingxian, Associate Professor, received the B.E. degree in information management system from the Wuhan University of Technology, Wuhan, China, and the Ph.D. degree in management science and engineering from the University of Science and Technology of China, Anhui, China. 2012.06——2012.12 worked in the department of Logistics and Maritime Studies, Hong Kong polytechnic university; 2013.10——2014.10, Industrial Systems Optimization Laboratory, University of Technology of Troyes (Joined PhD program supported by CSC).

He has contributed over 20 journal articles to professional journals, such as Omega, IEEE Tran. On SMC, Computers & Industrial Engineering, Annals of Operations Research, Energy Policy, International Journal of Production Research and Journal of the Operational Research Society. His current research interests include multiple criteria decision making, group decision making, and data envelopment analysis.

He is an invited reviewer of Omega, European Journal of Operational Research, International Journal of Production Research, International Journal of Production Economics, Annals of Operations Research, Energy Policy, Journal of the Operational Research Society.
