Dr. Zhi-Ping Zeng is a Full Professor at school of Civil Engineering at Central South University and the Director of Railway Track Laboratory. His expertise includes in the area of numerical simulation and test of high speed (heavy haul) railway track and train-track coupled dynamics. Prof. Zeng is the Principal Investigator (PI) of more than 20 projects granted by the National Natural Science Foundation of China, the Ministry of Science and Technology of China, and China Railway Corporation. He was employed as a visiting research fellow of Kanagawa University from October 2013 to September 2015. He has published more than 60 papers in refereed journals.
