        陈群(1977-),男,江西九江人,工学博士,教授,博士生导师。

        2006年7月至今在中南大学交通运输工程学院工作,2009年9月晋升副教授,2016年9月晋升教授。2007年5月在职进入中南大学交通运输工程博士后流动站,2010年10月出站。2011年3月至2012年3月受国家公派博士后项目资助在英国利兹大学运输研究所进行博士后研究工作。

       为本科生、研究生讲授课程《交通工程学》、《交通设计》、《交通运输工程学》、《城市轨道交通》、《交通大数据分析》、《数据库原理与应用》等课程。主持完成国家及省部级科研项目、省教改项目等20余项,完成横向开发与服务项目10余项。在国内外公开刊物以第一作者或通讯作者发表SCI/SSCI收录论文50余篇、EI、CSCD、CSSCI等收录论文30余篇。

       主要研究领域包括:优化建模与算法;智能交通系统;交通仿真;大数据分析


       博士生、硕士生招生要求:1、在数学、运筹学与优化、统计学、计算机编程等方面具有一技之长,欢迎数学和计算机、自动化、管理科学与工程、运筹学等专业的同学跨学科报考;2、吃苦耐劳、勤奋、刻苦、认真、细致,服从老师科研工作安排;3、由于名额有限(专项计划不占名额的除外),原则上仅招收有继续攻读博士计划、愿意进行专心深入研究的同学报考硕士研究生(不一定在本校继续读博,可以在外校或境外读博);4、纯粹只为了拿一张文凭为目的的同学请不要联系。

       CHEN QUN (1977~), Male, born in Jiujiang, Jiangxi province,China. Professor, Ph.D. and Ph.D. supervisor. He received a Ph.D degree in Transportation Planning and Management from Tongji University in July, 2006, and has worked in School of Traffic and transportation engineering of Central South University after his graduation. In May 2007, he worked in postdoctoral research station of CSU, and finished his research work in oct, 2010. In the period from March 2011 to March 2012, he was subsidized by China Postdoctoral Science Foundation Funded Project and studied at University  of Leeds for one year. 

        His teaching courses include “Urban Rail Transit”, “Transportation Engineering”, “Traffic Engineering Fundation”,“Traffic Big Data Analysis” and “Database Principle and Application”. He has chaired a number of national and provincial research projects, such as NSFC project, PFDR Project, Chinese Postdoctoral Science Foundation, Science and Technology Planning Project of Hunan Province, Education Reform Project of Hunan Province and so on. Besides, he has directed or participated in dozens of horizontal projects. According to statistics, he has published more than fifty SCI or EI indexed papers  by the first author or the corresponding author in the domestic and international journals. His  research fields include Transportation System Optimization, Transport Planning, Traffic Management and Transport policy and so on.
