崔先强，男，1975年10月生于湖北省公安县，博士，副教授，硕士生导师。主要研究方向为动态GNSS导航定位数据处理和广播星历参数设计。先后主持国家自然科学基金面上项目1项、中国博士后基金（一等资助）1项、技术基础研究项目1项、横向科研项目10项，在国内外重要刊物上发表论文50余篇，其中以第一作者或通讯作者发表论文27篇、SCI/EI收录10多篇。曾获军队科技进步奖4项、陕西省优秀博士学位论文。国内EI期刊《测绘学报》、《武汉大学学报·信息科学版》审稿人。
