戴健，博士，博士生导师，副教授。

研究方向：面向下一代新能源氢能发动机的燃烧流动设计难题，开展基础性研究工作，现长期从事高超声速组合动力技术、液体火箭发动机气气喷注器燃烧数值仿真、地面试验技术研究、低空飞行器技术等。

研究成果：先后主持20余项国家级课题及企事业横向课题，服务于国家在军工领域重大战略发展，科研任务有长期稳定支持，年均经费100余万元，项目注重稳定性、长期性、前瞻性。近五年来，与本课题组优秀研究生共同合作，已在Physcis of Fluids, Aerospace Science and Technology, Acta Astronautica，推进技术等航空航天领域权威期刊上公开发表学术论文20余篇，其中在当季期刊发表封面文章，助力其获得国家奖学金，一等学业奖学金及企业奖学金等。

主讲课程：本科生《火箭发动机原理》、《工程热力学》。主持教改项目1项，发表学术专著1部。

研究生培养：目前课题组博士研究生3名，硕士研究生4名，均承担国家级或大额企事业研究课题任务，课题任务饱满，尊重学生多元化发展，给予同学充足自我提升机会并提供有竞争性课题津贴。现共计培养硕士毕业生5名，其中4名同学前往国内顶级名校深造，1名同学国内顶级科研院所就职，共计获得4人次湖南省/校级优秀硕士学位论文，人均毕业发表3篇左右SCI论文。

本科生历练：热情期盼本院本科生提前加入课题组，全程项目化牵引式培养，充足科研锻炼，不限于提升软件技能、拓展科研视野、提升个人价值观等。
