Patent description:本发明公开了一种VW64M高强耐热镁合金大锭坯半连续铸造工艺,合金成分(wt.%)为:Gd:5.0‑7.0%、Y:2.5‑4.0%、Ag:0.1‑0.3%、Zn:0.15‑1.0%、Zr:0.25‑0.65%、Ca:0.002‑0.050%,其余为Mg。在670‑720℃熔化镁锭、添加Mg‑Ca中间合金和熔剂、750‑800℃添加合金元素、精炼除渣、通气搅拌、低温慢速电磁浇铸等步骤。通过协调各步骤工艺参数,得到直径Ф300‑630mm、长度≥100mm的镁合金锭坯.
