个人简介

我的硕士导师,中国生殖工程的创始人之一卢光琇老师曾说过:“没有生殖就没有遗传”。约10-15%育龄夫妇受到不育症困扰。其中男方因素约占30%。近年来,生殖医学领域研究进展十分迅速,随着人类基因组计划的完成和基因测序技术的飞速发展,利用遗传学技术和手段解决生殖医学领域的关键问题已成为大势所趋。

研究方向:

1. 从临床问题和病例出发,将经典遗传学技术与多组学、生物信息学等技术手段相结合,对男性不育症的遗传学病因、机制及预后展开研究;

2. 利用丰富的临床资源,关注罕见病特殊病例的致病机理研究和植入前遗传学检测新技术研究,为相关疾病的精准诊断和治疗提供依据。

学术成就:

研究成果以通讯作者或第一作者发表在EBioMedicine、Cell Death & Disease、Fertility & Sterility、Human Reproduction和Andrology等国际一流学术期刊上。主持国家自然科学基金委面上项目(项目编号:81372627、81873678);参与国家重点研发计划“生殖健康及重大出生缺陷防控研究”重点专项(项目编号:2018YFC1003100)。作为第一发明人授权发明专利2项。担任中国医师协会医学遗传学医师分会第一届临床生殖遗传学专业委员会委员,中国遗传学会遗传咨询分会委员、遗传咨询能力建设专家委员会委员等学术任职。担任多个杂志(Journal of Assisted Reproduction and Genetics等)的审稿人。
