Personal Information

Junhui Li, professor of Institute of Electrical and Mechanical Engineering, received the Ph.D. degree in mechanical engineering from Central South University (CSU)in 2008. His current research interests include microelectronics packaging test theory and technology equipment, precision motion control and mechanical automation.
He have been the principle investigator of three NSFC projects under grants 51275536，50975292 and 50675227. In addition, he have presided over more than 10 projects, including one project supported by the new century excellent talents from the ministry of education under grant NCET-08-0575, one natural science fund project of Hunan province under grant 07JJ3091 and the company cooperation projects. He also participates in three national key basic research development program (973 program) as key member.
Utile now, more than 90 papers have published in International Journals, including IEEE T Ind Inform, Appl Phys Lett, Sci Rep, IEEE/ASME T Mehe, Nano Res, RSC Adv, IEEE Electr Device L, J Phys D - appl phys, Mater Chem Phys, J Mater Sci, J Microelectromechanical S and other well-known international journal papers. The publications have been cited by more than 400 times according to Science Citation Index (SCI).
He is a recipient of the New Century Excellent Talents in University by the Ministry of Education, China, in 2008, the 1st prize of Progress in Science and Technology Award from Hunan Province in 2008, and the 1st prize of Progress in Science and Technology Award from Ministry of Education in 2016.
