个人简介
李敏，女，1978年4月生，中南大学信息科学与工程学院教授、博士生导师。 分别于2004年、2008年获中南大学工学硕士学位和工学博士学位。主要从事生物信息学研究，主要包括基因组序列分析与组装、蛋白质功能及蛋白质复合物预测、复杂生物网络分析、疾病相关预测及医疗大数据分析等，在Bioinformatics、IEEE/ACM Transactions on Computational Biology and Bioinformatics、IEEE Transactions on NanoBioScience、Proteomics、Methods、BMC Bioinformatics、BMC Systems Biology、BMC Genomics等上发表SCI期刊论文70余篇，获国家授权发明专利五项。 2011年被确定为湖南省青年骨干教师培养对象，2012年获得教育部新世纪优秀人才资助，2016年获得国家自然科学基金优秀青年项目资助，主持国家级及省部级项目共计6项。获教育部高等学校科学研究优秀成果奖（自然科学奖）二等奖一项（排名第2），获湖南省科技进步二等奖一项（排名第6）。
