刘敬玲，博士，现为中南大学计算机学院网络空间安全系讲师，硕士生导师。研究方向为计算机网络性能优化，涵盖数据中心网络(Data Center Networking)、下一代AI/ML网络(Next-gereration Networks for AI/ML)、流媒体(Video Streaming)等。主持国家自然科学基金青年项目一项、湖南省自然科学基金青年项目一项，参与国家自然科学基金重点项目、面上项目多项，在IEEE/ACM Transactions on Networking、IEEE Transaction on Mobile Computing、IEEE Transactions on Cloud Computing、软件学报等期刊和EuroSYS、ICNP、ICDCS等国际会议上发表20余篇学术论文，发明专利授权4项。获得CCF技术发明二等奖、湖南省优秀毕业研究生、Best student paper award等奖项。
