Abstract:objective To investigate the pTevalence and innuencing factors of staff’sharp injuries in the cennm sterile suppIy depanment (CSSD)． Methods f11le multi-center cmss-sectional study was conducted． T0tally 342 staff in 30 hospitals in Hunan Pmv；nce were investigated witIl questionnaires．Reslllts The prevalence of sharp injuries among staffs in CSSD was 84．2％(288，342)，and tIle incidence of sharp iniuries in the recent year was 72．2％(274，342)，0f which 93 cases (27．2％) of sharp injuries were caused by patients contaminated needles or sharp instnⅢlents． Nurses witll registered certification，reponing
