Abstract:[目的]探讨不同性别、不同年级护理学专业硕士研究生择业效能感的差异,为高校护理研究生的就业指导提供依据.[方法]运用大学生职业决策自我效能量表,对545名不同性别、年级的护理学专业硕士研究生进行调查.[结果]男性硕士研究生择业效能评分除制定未来计划一项外均低于女性,二者比较差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05),不同年级硕士研究生择业效能各维度及总分比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.01).[结论]男性硕士研究生应引起社会及学校的特别关注,高等院校应针对不同性别、年级的护理硕士生进行职业教育规划.
