个人简介
王玉光,男,内蒙古赤峰人,中南大学副教授。2015年在中南大学获得微生物学博士学位,师从邱冠周院士和周洪波教授,主要从事极端环境(包括海洋、极地、陆地、航天)微生物组学及应用基础研究。参加了“蛟龙号”和“雪龙号”超深渊和极地等海洋极端环境的科学考察,并在雅浦海沟完成两次深度接近7000米下潜实地考察。主持国家基金、国防科工、国家极地专项计划等项目10余项,作为骨干参加了国家973重大基础研究、国家自然科学基金创新群体、国家大洋计划项目以及海洋局公益性行业项目等多项国家和省部级项目的研究工作。在Water Research、Chemical Engineering Journal、Journal of Hazardous Materials、Bioresource Technology和Applied and Environmental Microbiology等国内外权威杂志发表SCI收录文章50余篇;申请专利13项,授权7项。曾获中国有金属工业协会(中国有色金属学会)科技进步二等奖、湖南省自然科学二等奖和海洋工程科技奖二等奖各1项,以及湖南省微生物学会十佳青年称号,博士研究生国家奖学金、湖南省优秀毕业生、中南大学优秀博士研究生等奖励。任Journal of Hazardous Materials, Science of the Total Environment和Journal of Environmental Management等国际权威期刊审稿人。
