Hi, my name is Yue Wu, currently an Assistant Professor in the School of Electronic Information of Central South University, Ph.D., IEEE Member, member of the Intelligent Transportation Network Communication and Control Research Institute at Central South University. I completed his undergraduate studies (2013-2017) in Automation and his doctoral studies (2017-2023) in Control Science and Engineering at Central South University. From November 2021 to October 2023, I was sponsored by the China Scholarship Council to conduct Visiting Research in the Department of Energy Technology of Aalborg University, Denmark. Since April 2024, I have been working as an assistant professor in the School of Electronic Information of CSU.
I teaches undergraduate and graduate courses including "EDA Technology and Applications (FPGA)" and "Machine Learning Theory and Applications (DL, DRL etc)." Actively explores and implements an innovative talent development model combining “competition-based training with technological innovation,” guiding undergraduate students to win multiple national championship/runner-up titles in competitions.
My main research includes optimal control and machine learning using in energy management, thermal management of new energy vehicles/energy storage systems, and safe and energy-efficient driving/planning. I have published more than 30 SCI papers in top international journals, such as Applied Energy (APEN), Energy Conversion and Management (ECM), Energy (EGY), IEEE Transactions on Intelligent Transportation Systems (TITS), IEEE Transactions on Transportation Electrification (TTE), IEEE Transactions on Smart Grid (TSG) and so on. With over 1,200 citations on Google Scholar (h-index of 19), I serves as Guest Editor for Energies (IF: 3.2) and as a reviewer for more than twenty top-tier SCI journals including IEEE TIE/TTE/TITS/TEC/TIV/TSMC-S, RSER, APEN, ECM, EGY, JCP, JES, and other top international journals.
