Patent description:本发明提供了一种提高航空航天用铝合金尺寸稳定性的方法，属于有色金属加工技术领域。本发明方法是将经过双级均匀化处理的LY12铝合金，依次进行多道次热轧、多道次换向冷轧、双级固溶水淬处理、双级时效处理，得到晶粒尺寸均匀、组织稳定和残余应力较小的铝合金。应用本发明得到的LY12铝合金与常规处理方法相比，可有效降低铝合金表面残余应力10?50MPa，提高铝合金的微屈服强度30?60MPa，室温放置半年以上尺寸变化小于0.01％。
