主要科研方向:
生物纳米材料制备与应用
(1) 将生物纳米材料,如碳纳米材料、金属纳米材料、荧光纳米材料等应用于血清中生物标志物(肿瘤标志物、DNA、miRNA)检测,用于疾病早期诊断。
(2) 将制备的生物纳米材料用于抗菌及肿瘤治疗。
主要科研业绩
多年来一直从事生物纳米材料、生物传感、微流控芯片等领域相关研究工作。在纳米材料合成,修饰以及生物分析检测方面具有较丰富的经验。以第一作者或通讯作者在《Analytical Chemistry》,《Chemical Communications》,《Biomaterials》, 《Lab-on-a-chip》、《Biosensors Bioelectronics》等杂志发表SCI学术论文100余篇。其中影响因子在5以上的有27篇,影响因子在7以上的有5篇,包括《Analytical Chemistry》10篇,《Chemical Communications》2篇,《Biomaterials》5篇,《Lab-on-a-chip》2篇,《Biosensors Bioelectronics》16篇,论文总共被引用1500余次,个人H因子为23
