Personal Information

Dr. Zhang is a Professor in Engineering Management in the School of Civil Engineering, Central South University. She holds a B.S. degree in mathematics from Hunan Normal University, M.S. degree in management from Nankai University. She received her Ph.D. degree in transportation planning and management from Central South University. She has long been committed to teaching and research in engineering economics and evaluation, infrastructure project management, green building technology, and management, and has hosted more than 30 national social science funds, the former Ministry of Railways Science and Technology Department, Hunan Provincial Construction Department, and large state-owned enterprises. Three of the scientific research achievements won the ministerial level scientific and technological progress award, and one scientific research achievement won the fourth excellent engineering cost achievement award of China Construction Engineering Cost Management Association, and one teaching achievement won the provincial teaching achievement award. She has won many honors such as the 7th Teaching Master of Central South University, the second favorite graduate tutor, the Mao Yisheng Teaching Special Award, and the Furong Baigang Star.
