Profile

I am currently working in the field of Ophthalmology at the Second Xiangya Hospital of Central South University, China. I finished my medical degree at Xiangya School of Medicine, Central South University in China, and received my Ph.D. degree from Kyushu University in Japan. My research interest is focusing on the immunological mechanisms of retinal and choroidal neovascular diseases, such as diabetic retinopathy (DR), retinopathy of prematurity (ROP) and age-related macular degeneration (AMD). I have published more than 40 English papers in peer-reviewed journals, and served as reviewers for more than 30 scientific journals including Molecular Therapy, Journal of Neuroinflammation, Experimental Eye Research, Scientific Reports, etc. I am also serve as the Editorial Board Member for BMC Ophthalmology, and Journal of Ophthalmology, and the Associate Editor for Heliyon.

Positions are available international Ph.D students (Major: Ophthalmology) and Postdocs from overseas.

International students and researchers are welcome to apply!

Applicants of Ph.D course shall have the bachelor and master degrees of clinical medicine, and obtained a score of 220 or above on HSK 5(汉语水平考试).

Postdoc applicants shall have obtained their doctoral degree within 3 years and aged under 35 years old.
