个人简介
周喻,中南大学物理与电子学院教授。主持/承担国家重大仪器研制项目课题、基金委区域创新重点项目课题、科技部重点研发计划青年项目、国家自然科学基金项目、中南大学前沿交叉研究项目、芯片公司技术开发等国家与省部级、横向项目10余项。四川大学理学学士学位,北京大学理学博士学位,导师为刘忠范院士、彭海琳教授。耶鲁大学(Yale)机械工程与材料科学系/能源科学中心与北卡罗莱纳大学教堂山分校(UNC Chapel Hill)博士后 。粉末冶金国家重点实验室固定成员,超微结构与超快过程湖南省重点实验室、微纳光子学湖南省重点实验室成员。研究方向为二维极化半导体的设计合成、微纳器件加工、存储器件、光电探测器件等传感与成像芯片器件。在Physical Review Letters, Nature Communications, Nano Letters, Advanced Materials, ACS Nano, Advanced Functional Materials, Small等国际知名期刊上发表学术论文50余篇,论文被引次数>9000 次,H-因子为37,获批中国发明专利10项。
本课题组与国内外著名高校和科研机构(耶鲁大学、维也纳科技大学、北京大学、清华大学、华东师范大学、南方科技大学、中科院物理所、化学所、香港大学、香港城市大学、香港理工大学等)建立了良好的合作关系,优秀学生可被推荐交流访问或获得联合培养机会,并长期推荐优秀学生到国内外名校与科研机构继续深造。
