In terms of teaching, he has successively undertaken teaching tasks for undergraduate and graduate courses such as "Nanoelectronics", "Principles of Lasers", "Principles and Technology of Optoelectronic Displays", "Comprehensive Experimental Methods of Optoelectronics", and "Semiconductor Physics and Devices".
