We systematically conduct research on metal halide perovskite materials and their high-performance optoelectronic devices. Among them, metal halide perovskite materials include: inorganic perovskites and organic-inorganic hybrid perovskites; optoelectronic devices include: solar cells, photodetectors, radiation detectors.
