马健,男,医学博士,研究员,博士生导师。现任中南大学肿瘤研究所副所长、非可控性炎症与肿瘤湖南省重点实验室副主任、湖南省免疫学会副理事长。本科毕业于湖南医科大学,博士毕业于中南大学肿瘤研究所。入选“教育部新世纪优秀人才支持计划”,获得湖南省杰出青年基金资助。获得湖南省自然科学奖二等奖。
先后主持了7项国家自然科学基金,并参加了数项国家自然科学基金重点项目、973项目和863项目。论文发表在Advanced Science、Journal of Hematology & Oncology、Oncogene、International Journal of Cancer、Journal of Cell Science、Journal of Virology、Journal of Biological Chemistry、Journal of Immunology等杂志。参编专(译)著5 部:《基于WWW的生物信息学应用指南》、《现代肿瘤学基础》、《病理生理学》、《癌症-基础卷》和《非编码RNA与肿瘤》。
课题组主要研究方向:
(1) EB病毒感染与肿瘤免疫的机制研究。
(2) 利用小鼠模型和临床样本,研究炎症-恶性转化过程中的关键分子、关键信号通路和可能的靶向策略。
(3) 近年来对a) Hippo通路的YAP分子,b) 在肿瘤发生、发展中发挥重要功能的EphA2分子,c) 在天然免疫中发挥重要作用的天然免疫分子Lactoferrin进行了重点研究。
