Personal Information
Ou Xing, currently an associate professor of Central South University, received his bachelor's and master's degrees from Central South University in 2011 and 2014, and his Ph.D. from South China University of Technology in 2018, respectively. His main research interests are new energy materials and device design, in-situ characterization technology analysis of energy storage materials, and nonferrous solid-waste resource regeneration. Specifically, he is experted at the systematically investigation on the reaction mechanism of new secondary batteries (such as sodium/potassium-ion batteries), in-situ characterization technology analysis, as well as the efficient recycling of spent batteries, etc. Recently, as the first author or corresponding author, he has published more than 40 papers in SCI journals (such as Nat. Commun., ACS Nano, Adv. Funct. Mater., Energy Storage Materials, Chem. Commun.) and applied for/authorized 30 patents. Furthermore, he has hosted or participated in a number of scientific research projects, such as the National Natural Science Foundation, the Provincial Innovation and Entrepreneurship Team Project, the Provincial Natural Science Foundation, and the Central South University Research Startup Fund.
