Patent description:本发明公开了一种减缓熔体波动抗冲刷的铝电解槽,包括干式防渗料(1)、普通侧部炭块(2)、阴极钢棒(8)、阴极炭块(9)和底部内衬(10),所述的铝电解槽的内衬的侧部结构根据熔体流动规律设置有若干凸起的人工防波槽帮(7)。本发明通过设置人工防波槽帮,达到减缓熔体波动及减小熔体对侧部的冲刷的效果,从而实现电解槽低电压低能耗稳定运行,且该人工槽帮易于生产和安装,不影响电解槽主体结构,从而保证电解槽内衬的长寿命服役。
