Patent description:本发明涉及一种快速导电梯度炭素阳极及其制备方法;属于铝电解槽阳极制备技术领域。本发明所设计的炭素阳极包括普通炭块3、半石墨质炭块4,全石墨化炭块5;所述半石墨质炭块4位于普通炭块3与全石墨化炭块5之间,所述半石墨质炭块4的石墨化程度为40-50%。其生产方法是,将全石墨化料、半石墨质料与普通炭块料依次倒入振动机组中,铺成一定的厚度,然后利用高频振动加工成型。本发明所设计的炭素阳极在铝电解槽中使用时,可大幅缩短由于阳极换极带来的电解槽内较长时间的不导电周期。本发明制备工艺简单、实用便于产业化应用。
