Dr. Min Li is currently a Professor and the dean at the School of Computer Science and Engineering, Central South University, P. R. China. Her research interests focus on Algorithms for Computational Biology and Bioinformatics. She has published more than 100 technical papers in refereed journals such as Cell, Nature Genetics, Nature Communications, Bioinformatics, IEEE/ACM Transactions on Computational Biology and Bioinformatics, and conference proceedings such as WWW, AAAI, and ISMB. According to Google scholar, her paper citations is more than 20000 and H-index is 75.
Dr. Min Li is a member of ACM, a member of IEEE, and a member of CCF. She is serving as the Editorial Board Member of IEEE/ACM Transactions on Computational Biology and Bioinformatics, Frontiers of Cmputer Science, and Journal of Biomedical Informatics. She serves as the Program Committee Chair of ISBRA2019, ISBRA 2017, ICPCSEE2017 and CBC2017. She is also the Member of several other international conferences, including BIBM2011-2018, ISBRA 2012-2018, ICIC2013-2018, CBC 2016-2018, and GIW2018. She is the referee of many top international journals including Nature, Cell, Nature Computational Science, Nature Communications, Bioinformatics, etc.
