            何 军,男,湖南省芙蓉学者特聘教授,国家优秀青年科学基金获得者。中南大学党委常委、副校长,侨联主席。吉林大学物理学学士、硕士,新加坡国立大学物理学博士。先后在新加坡国立大学、美国纽约城市大学、加拿大多伦多大学访学研究。2009年评为中南大学教授,2010年入选中南大学升华学者特聘教授,2011年入选教育部新世纪优秀人才,2012年获得国家优秀青年科学基金、湖南省杰出青年科学基金,2015年入选湖南省芙蓉学者特聘教授。主要研究领域为超快非线性光学、半导体自旋电子学、类石墨烯材料与器件。主持国家自然科学基金项目 4 项。在以Nat. Commun.、Phys. Rev. Lett.、Adv. Mater.为代表的国际期刊发表 SCI 论文 280余篇,SCI引用 9000 余次,h-index 54。2019年以来,发表第一或通讯作者SCI论文 64 篇,其中JCR一区论文 42 篇、影响因子 10 以上论文 19 篇、单篇最大影响因子 32.086。首次提出并验证了半导体纳米结构电荷空间分离可以调控电子或空穴自旋弛豫速率的概念;观察到半导体量子点多光子吸收饱和与共振现象并阐明其物理机制。近年来在二维材料超快非线性光学效应、飞秒激光制备微纳条纹结构、二维材料神经形态晶体管研究中取得重要进展。荣获国家高等教育教学成果奖二等奖1项(排名第3),湖南省高等教育教学成果奖特等奖、二等奖各 1 项(排名第1), 湖南省自然科学奖二等奖 1 项(排名第1)。荣获中南大学优秀共产党员、湖南省科协所属学会优秀共产党员、宝钢优秀教师奖、湖南省归侨侨眷先进个人。

    担任《中国科学:物理学 力学 天文学》青年编委,《中国光学》、《光电工程》、《中南大学学报(英文版)》编委;国家自然科学奖、国家重点研发计划重大专项、国家自然科学基金项目会评专家;教育部本科教育教学审核评估会评专家、教育部“慕课西部行”工作委员会委员;中国高等教育学会常务理事、科技服务专家指导委员会副主任,湖南省学科评议组成员,湖南省光学学会副理事长,湖南省学位授权点合格评估专家,湖南省纳米光子学与器件重点实验室主任,国家基础学科拔尖学生培养计划2.0基地负责人,湖南省光电信息科学与工程一流专业建设点负责人,中南大学第七届学位评定委员会副主任、物理学科带头人、物理与电子学院教授委员会主任。
