何 军,男,中南大学二级教授、博士生导师,国家优秀青年科学基金获得者。中南大学党委常委、副校长,侨联主席。吉林大学物理学学士、硕士,新加坡国立大学物理学博士。先后在新加坡国立大学、美国纽约城市大学、加拿大多伦多大学访学研究。2009年评为中南大学教授,2010年入选中南大学升华学者特聘教授,2011年入选教育部新世纪优秀人才,2012年获国家优秀青年科学基金、湖南省杰出青年科学基金,2015年入选湖南省芙蓉学者特聘教授。研究领域为超快非线性光学、新型光电功能材料与器件、半导体自旋电子学。提出并验证了半导体纳米结构电荷空间分离可以调控电子或空穴自旋弛豫速率的概念;观察到半导体量子点多光子吸收饱和与共振现象并阐明其物理机制;发现了二维钙钛矿和MXenes材料的反常非线性吸收现象;建立了二维材料体系动态空间自相位调制和非线性光学调控的物理模型。在以Nat. Mater.、Nat.Commun.、Phys. Rev. Lett.为代表的国际期刊发表 SCI 论文 300余篇,SCI引用超过10000 次,h-index 57,入选科睿唯安全球高被引科学家和全球前2% 顶尖科学家。2019年以来,发表第一或通讯作者SCI论文 70篇,其中JCR一区论文 48 篇、影响因子 10 以上论文 22 篇、单篇最大影响因子 41.2。主持国家自然科学基金项目 4 项;出版专著2部;获湖南省自然科学奖二等奖 1 项(排名第1)、日内瓦国际发明奖银奖 1项(排名第2)。发表教学论文11篇;承担省部级教研教改项目12项;获评国家线下一流课程1门;获省部级以上高等教育教学成果奖5项,其中国家教学成果奖二等奖1项(排名第3),湖南省教学成果奖特等奖、二等奖各 1 项(排名第1)。荣获湖南省科协所属学会优秀共产党员、中南大学优秀共产党员、宝钢优秀教师奖、湖南省归侨侨眷先进个人。
