Research Fields

My research interesting focus on the investigation of the quantum degrees( spin, Valley and charge) of freedom in electrons.An important goal of my research will be to explore and understand the quantum degrees (spin, Valley, and charge) of freedom of electron of materials and utilize it as carriers to process information in the next generation electronic and optoelectronics. This will allow us to realize a new class of devices and applications using a pure spin/valley/charge current such as spin-logic and memory devices, batteries, and quantum computer. Moreover, it will help me attain my research goal, which is to make more contributions to science and peoples' life. The main research topic includes the quantum degrees of freedom  can be broadly classified into five main areas:

                                                     

 1.Spintronics and magnon spintronics. i.e. spin injection, spin transport, spin detection, and spin wave.
  2.Nanoelectronics. i.e. Quantum transport in 2D materials nanostructures(nanomesh(2D), nanoribbons (1D), quantum dot (0D)).
   3.Nanophotonics. i.e. Electrically-controlled light phase and optically properties and Tunable meta photonics.
  4.Valleytronics. i.e. TMDC materials(robust excitons) and 2D Van Del Waals heterostructures.
  5.Cross direction. i.e. Separation of chiral drug molecular, artificial bionic synaptic devices.
