杨淞淳，中共党员，流行病与卫生统计学博士，临床医学博士后。致力于心脑血管疾病等常见多发病的预防策略研究。截至2025年2月，共发表中英文论文30篇；其中，作为第一/通讯作者（含共同）在Neurology、Bull World Health Organ、Chin Med J (Engl)、中华流行病学杂志等期刊发表论文13篇。主持湖南省自然科学基金青年项目（C类）1项。担任European Heart Journal（5次）、The Lancet Digital Health、BMC Medicine等期刊审稿人。动态学术主页：https://orcid.org/0000-0002-0021-4178
