杨淞淳，中共党员，流行病与卫生统计学博士。致力于心脑血管疾病等常见多发病的预防策略研究。截至2026年3月，共发表中英文论文30余篇；其中，作为第一/通讯作者（含共同）在Neurology、Bulletin of the World Health Organization、Journal of the American Academy of Dermatology等期刊发表原始研究论文13篇。主持国家自然科学基金青年项目（C类）、湖南省自然科学基金青年项目（C类）、中南大学研究生教育教学改革一般项目各1项。担任BMC Public Health编委，European Heart Journal、The Lancet Digital Health、BMC Medicine等国际期刊审稿人。承担本科生《流行病学》、《循证医学》，研究生《临床流行病学》等教学任务。动态学术主页：https://orcid.org/0000-0002-0021-4178
