Dr. Zhou owns 10 years of research experience in Metal Hydrides, Hydrogen Storage, Thermal Energy Storage, Powder Metallurgy, and Physical Metallurgy. He graduated at Wuhan University of Technology(WUT) and received B.S. in Material Science and Engineering in 2006. Then he received M.E. in Material Science at Central South University in 2009. He complished Ph.D degree in Metallurgy Engineering at University of Utah in 2015.
He has participated several interdisciplinary Projects in both scientific research and industrial development.His current research interests include Metal Hydrides, Hydrogen Storage, Thermal Energy Storage, Powder Metallurgy, and Physical Metallurgy.
He have authored and Co-authored 25 Peer-reviewed Papers; 300+ Citations are received (google scholar). He serves as peer Reviewer for international journals including Nano Energy, Scientific Reports, Journal of Physics Chemistry, Materials & Design, RSC Advance, International Journal of Hydrogen Energy etc. He owns 5 patents.
Dr. Zhou received prestigious academic awards including: Garr Cutler Energy Prize, Chinese Government Award for Outstanding Self-financed Students Abroad.
